We inform you that the party RESPONSIBLE for collecting processing and/or using the personal data provided by The User is The Company, as well as its subsidiaries, associates, holding companies, and affiliates.

DATA COLLECTED FROM MINORS.
The Company does not collect personal data from minors, as well as from persons who do not have the physical or legal ability to enter into a contract by the applicable regulations, therefore, in case The User provides personal data belonging to these holders, The User declares that he/she has read this privacy notice and has the necessary legal capacity to grant the consent required in terms of the applicable regulations so that The Company can treat the personal data under the purposes informed in this privacy notice.
SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA.

b) To integrate files, databases and systems necessary to carry out any commercial or labor relationship with The Company, which include but are not limited to the following: quotations on the services requested; information on the marketed services, travel reservations, airline tickets, transportation, hotels and lodging in general, on their behalf and that of third parties indicated by The User, perform visa procedures, permits and authorizations on behalf of The User, as required, manage and follow up on their quotations, reservations and / or purchase of travel and events; Informing about changes regarding the services provided by The Company; Follow-up with The User in case of any question, comment, clarification or rectification, record-keeping and updates, issuing of travel documents; management of any change, cancellation or refund that may be appropriate; processing of payments and, if applicable, clarifications on them, billing procedures in terms of the applicable regulations, internal investigations and internal policies and processes compliance, identification and prevention of possible unlawful conduct that could mean a violation of the legal provisions in force, giving attention to requests for information, complaints or claims; compliance with the obligations arising from the legal relationship with The User; and compliance with the requirements of competent authorities in the cases legally provided for.
c) Additionally, your data may be used for the following secondary purposes: marketing, advertising and commercial prospecting, offering products and services of The Company or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, holding companies, associates, commission agents or companies, sending offers and promotions of other goods, services and/or products.
OPTIONS AND MEANS TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF THE DATA.
The Company has implemented administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your data, which we also require to be complied with by the service providers we hire.

MEANS TO EXERCISE THE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, OR OPPOSITION (ARCH RIGHTS).

– Address of The User or other means to communicate the response to their request.
– Documents issued by a federal or national authority (INE or passport) proving their personality and, if applicable, documents proving The User’s legal representation.
– A description of the information/data about which they are seeking to exercise ARCO rights and the rights they would like to exercise.
– If one or more of the above documents are not included, and/or the documents have errors or omissions, The Company will notify The User within 3 business days upon receipt of the application and request the missing documents and/or relevant corrections; The User will have 5 business days from that notification to provide the updated information, otherwise, the application will be understood as not submitted.
Once The User’s request is complete, The Company will have the obligation to notify The User by Article 32 of the Mexican Federal Law for the Protection of Data in Possession of Individuals, within a maximum period of 20 days upon receipt of the complete request, the opinion of the origin of the request.
In the case of a positive ruling, The Company must eliminate, modify, delete, limit, or perform any other action related to The User’s ARCO Rights, within a maximum period of 15 days following the aforementioned ruling.
USE OF TECHNOLOGIES.
The Company employs various technologies to improve the efficiency of the services provided, whether in commercial or work relations.
